At Mum Hutch, we want you to love every purchase. Because all of our products are made to order especially for you, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Made to Order
All items are printed and produced on demand, which means each piece is made uniquely for you. For this reason, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Items no longer wanted
We recommend checking our size guides carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at mumhutchuk@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll arrange a free reprint or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Cancellations
As orders go into production quickly, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
